Kathryn is responsible for the overall operation of the MNTB, overseeing and facilitating its technical work, new entrant training programmes, careers promotion strategy and managing the charitable work of the Maritime Educational Foundation.

Susan oversees all operational matters for MNTB, including the review of MNTB short course criteria, administration of MNTP SMarT funding, and the coordination of Board and Committee meetings. She also manages a range of skills-related operational activities, including careers promotion via Careers at Sea and our National Awareness Campaign. In addition, Susan serves as secretariat to the Maritime Training Trust and the Maritime Educational Foundation and is responsible for their daily operations.

Robert is the MNTB Administrative Coordinator, responsible for MNTB administrative processes related to the electronic training record book, Careers at Sea ambassador programme, and a range of other administrative functions supporting MNTB activities.
