Merchant Navy Training Provider

The MNTB operates the Merchant Navy Training Provider (MNTP) to provide SMarT funding to unemployed seafarers for certain approved programmes, to assist with job and career prospects. Specific citizenship and other eligibility criteria apply. Currently only approved rating to officer conversion courses can be supported.
